We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the RNLI Store. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal location or scheduled collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
